Rudkin Ltd was the contractor of choice chosen by Cofely and North East
Lincolnshire Council to complete the refurbishment of the interior of The
Molson Centre in autumn 2013. The job specification included alterations
involving removing internal walls, opening up small ineffective offices and workspace to provide modern, light and pleasant work areas for up to 179
people.
As the project progressed, E.S. Rudkin Ltd agreed to manage the whole project, which grew the contract size from £360,000 to £520,000 and now included the roofing and windows projects.
Managed on a daily basis by Malcolm and
Michael, the work was completed on time and on budget.
